Buying a house

Part:1
150,000$
http://beta.realtor.ca/propertyDetails.aspx?PropertyId=14457156
BMO
Mortgage rate over 2 years
Interest 3.290 percent with BMO
Paying monthly 2 year fixed rate
Monthly payment : 6,448.57$
Interest cost: 4,776.80$
Balance at the end if the term 11.13$
Interest cost at amortization:4,776.83$

Vancity
Amortization period: 10 years
Paying: monthly: 1,461.60$
3 year (fixed)
Total payments: 175,392.47$
Total interest: 25,392.47$
Rate: 3.19 percent

What stuck out to me:
What stuck out to me is how much more the interest was with Vancity then BMO. It's better to do it as quickly and shortly as possible because the longer you are paying the more interest you will pay. The bank that I would go to for buying my house would be definetly BMO.

Part:2
400,000$
Vancity
Mortgage amount:400000$
Amortilization period: 10 years
Paying: monthly: 3,869.82$
5 year fixed
Total payments:464,378.37$
Interest: 64,378.37
Rate: 3.04 percent

BMO
Amortilization period:5 years
5 year (fixed)
Interest rate: 4.990 percent
Monthly payment: 7,537$
Interest cost for term: 52,292.78$
Balance at end:54.78$
Interest cost at amortization:52,293.01$

What stuck out to me:
Is how different rates and plans can be at banks. I also noticed that the longer your plan is with amortization the higher the interest you will pay. In this case for buying a 400,000$ house would be BMO still because the plan was better and it's over 10,000$ cheaper then Vancity.

Part:3
600,000$
BMO
Amortization period: 10 years
10 year (fixed)
Interest rate: 6.750 percent
Monthly payment: 6,860.90
Interest cost for term: 223,481.12$
Interest cost at amortization: 223,482.09

Vancity
10 years(fixed)
Amortization: 10 years
Monthly payment: 6,157.75$
Total interest:138,929.55$
Interest rate:4.29 percent
Total payment: 738,929.55$

What stuck out to me:
Is when you are buying a house that costs more it's very important to weigh out your options with different banks because the difference between BMO and Vancity was about 100,000$ which is crazy. I learned that when you have a mortgage carefully plan and think through so you are not spending more money.

Buying a car ( leasing and financing)

Leasing and financing

Leasing vs. Financing
Leasing Mazda
Low monthly payments
Pay tax on only monthly payments
Flexible terms
Year 2014 Mazda2
Starting at 14,450$

Car cost(20,000$)

The differences I noticed
I noticed that the rates for finance are better then to lease the car.
The leasing rates on certain cars are not to bad.
Lease
1.29 percent
You would pay a total of 400$ in interest
Over 3 years for a 20,000$ car (Mazda) so you would be paying 20,400$

Finance
There is 0 percent finance rates up to 72 months
So you would just be paying the cost of the car which is 20,000$

What option I prefer (lease or finance)
-The option that I would prefer would definetly be the finance because with the website I went on for a Mazda2 there is 0 percent annual rate up to 72 months so you would be paying no interest which is really awesome so all you have to worry about is paying just he cars cost and no interest.  In this situation financing the car would be better then leasing because your paying no annual rate. Also you own the car which is a lot better then leasing it.

Final portfolio assessment

My favourite presentation was probably the pilot one because I have always loved flying and have thought about it but now I know that's what I want to do because of that presentation. I have always loved heights and being in the sky so that presentation really interested me. During this presentation the thing that should be noticed is how there are only a few women in this industry and there needs to be more. I learned a lot about being a pilot during this presentation I learned that all you need is your hours. I also learned you can take lessons out of Langley and it takes about 6-10 years to become a commercial pilot. This presentation was the most interesting one for me and made me want to be a pilot and get my liscence.  During this presentation I listened and was respectful the whole time.

For process I chose my nutrition log. I really enjoyed doing this assignment and it's a great way to keep track if what you eat if you have goals. I chose this for process because there was certain steps you had to take to be successful in this assignment. I though it was interesting taking pictures of all the food that I eat and putting it into a blog post. What I would like noticed is that I think if anyone has any goals with there doer this  is a great way to help you so you know exactly what you are that day and what you should of ate instead. If I was to do this assignment again I would try doing it for a week to get a better view of my overall diet. What I learned about during this assignment is what I need to add in my diet so that I get 125g of protein a day and also great ways of getting the protein like Greek yogurt and peanutbutter on toast or bagel. I alos learned I need to drink more water in a day especially with my track my coaches really emphasize the importance of drinking water is when you are a athlete.
In this assignment I put all my effort into it and I found it really interesting learning about all the nutrition and what I eat in a day. What I would take away from this assignment is that you should always try to eat healthy and watch what you eat but it's ok to have a treat in moderation.

The assignment I would like to burn is my STI presentation on herpes because I would rather just do the personal then present it.  What I would like noticed about this assignment is that everyone needs to be aware of the STI's and symptoms and be aware of the consequences if they decide to do something foolish. What I would do differently is I would put more visuals on my STI and a video so everyone is not bored and is interested in the presentation.  During this assignment I put all my effort and made sure that all the information was there. I learned a lot during this assignment like how herpes is not curable and stays with you for your whole life and how there are many dangers if you catch an STI. I also learned from everyone else's presentation is all the different types of STI's because I did not know all of them so it was interesting learning about them and the effects they have on you if you catch it. One thing I would take away from this assignment is that made wise decisions and don't be foolish because there is very serious consequence that are not worth it.

The presentation that was the most significant to me was when the police officer and fire fighter came and talked to us about driving safety. I thought this is the presentation that everyone should hear because know a days everyone is on their phone while they are driving putting themselves and others at risk. One thing that should be noticed about this presentation is that how dangerous it is to be on yor phone while driving and drinking and driving. Your not just putting yourself at danger, your putting others at risk as well. During this presentation I was never bored, I was interested he while time learning about driving safety and the stories they told us. I learned a lot during this presentation for example the steps they have to take it someone is hurt or killed during an accident and how they have to go and tell the family which is so sad and that's why everyone needs to know this stuff because you can affect peoples lives drastically. It's not worth it to glance and your phone to see if your friend texted you or you want to reply, it's not worth the risk of killing someone else by such a stupid thing like texting. I chose this presentation as personal significance because when me and my family were in the car a lady rear ended us because she wasn't paying attention and how there are so many incidents now a days with car accidents and cell phones and drinking, everyone needs to be aware of the consequences. One thing that I took away from this is that there are so many car accidents due to people drinking a driving and also being on their cell phones and that needs to change and people need to give there 100 percent attention when they are on the road and plan a head if you decide to drink when you are out like taking a taxi or having a designated driver.

One  of my other favourite projects was my  dream career. I really enjoyed doing this one because it made you think about what your plans are for in the future. I also found it interesting researching the career that you want to have and learning  about it. What I would like noticed about this assignment is that it's always good to think about what you want to do at this age even if it might change it's nice to have an idea and research stuff that you are interested, I think everyone should do this assignment, it's a good step to learning about what you might want to do when you are older. I don't think I would do anything different about this assignment maybe I might have used a power point or prezi instead. I did the best I could do in this assignment I made sure I put all my effort into it. What I learned during this assignment is the university I want to go to which is UNLV and the requirments to being a personal trainer. Overall I really enjoyed this assignment and found it really interesting.

For something of personal significance I chose the presentation about driving and getting your licsence because soon I will be getting my liscence and I think that the information that was given is really valuable to people who are getting here liscence. Something I would like noticed about this assignment is that you always need to be paying 100 percent attention when you are driving and make sure that if you are getting you liscence you need to study, practise, and be aware of everything you need to know when you are on the road. There is nothing I would change about this presentation, it was done really well and I was interested and paying attention the whole time. Things I I learned during this presentation is that you need to practise and study a lot before you get your licsence and take the test. I also learned that you can go to ICBC and take a course which I think is very valuable information for people who are getting there licsence. I thought the presentation was very informative and important for people who will be getting there liscence.

For my work habits overall I would say a (g) would be appropriate because I always have a positive attitude in class and always pay attention when someone is talking for example when classmate are presenting, when the teacher is talking, and when people come in to the class to present. Also with technology I am never on my phone except for when it's used for specific assignments and information for example using blogger. I always attend class, I never skip, I also never show up to class late either. When I do miss class which was excused because I was away for track I will make sure I get the work that I will miss in advance. With assignments I always complete them on time to the best of my abilities I don't just rush it to get it over with. I have never handed in a assignment late I make sure that I use my class time effectively and wisely so I can get the assignment finished. When we have discussions in class and when we are doing assignments I am always on task doing what I need to do because I want to get the work done and make sure that it's the best that I can do. When I am in class I make sure I am sitting beside someone who is my friend and that I can work well with and I can get my work done. I sit beside Michele in class and when we do projects together we always get the done on time for example the STI and drug presentation and personal page. I always comment on others work when we need to and accept the feedback that I have also gotten for example me and Michele's drug project we answered classmates questions and made the corrections people suggested. My strengths in this class are probably doing assignments on blogger and presentations, for example my dream career and employability skills. What  I need to work on is getting to know technology better because I'm not really a techy person. I always have a positive attitude when I am in class and doing assignments as well as learning and listening to presentations. This is why I think the appropriate letter grade for my work habits would be a (g).

I think that the appropriate overall grade and percentage in this class due to what I wrote in my self regulation, assignments that I've done and how I behave in class I think I deserve an A and around in the 90's.

Nutrition Blog

1. I don't have to many health goals because I eat pretty healthy because with track we have a nutritionist but one thing I need to do is eat 125g of protein a day and I am not getting that. I need to have this amount of protein because I work out 5 times a week and we need the protein for our muscles so that is my goal, to eat 125g of protein a day.

2. What I need to do to achieve this goal is have a meal plan for each day and fit the protein in accordingly because it's a lot of protein and it needs to be planned. For protein I sometimes with have a bison burger with gluten free bun, chicken, and a can of tuna. On both of my nutrition logs I had chicken so thete was protein there but I need to try to have that 125g a day.

3. I don't really have any limitations preventing me from being healthy, my parents always cook really healthy and the nutritionist for track guides us and tells us what we need to eat in each meal. Overall there isn't anything preventing me from eating healthy, I have a lot of people to help me and guide me to eating what I need to eat.

4. From our discussions in class I learned how much sugar and fat there is in some foods and what kinds of fat to stay away from.  I thought that information was very interesting and I will definetly take that away from our class nutrition discussions. I thought also doing the two day nutrition log was very good and is useful for people with certain goals because with my track we all have to keep a journal to record the food that we ate and the workout we had that day. It's a very important tool to achieve health goals. I learned a lot about nutrition and will be definitely taking away useful information.

Portfolio assessment

For my work habits in this class I think I deserve a (G) for work habits. I think I deserve a (G) because in class I am always working on the assignment or task and always pay attention to the person who is speaking. I am never on my phone in class except for when I use it to do my blog posts for class. I am also always to class on time and finish the assignments to the best of my ability. Specific examples for my work habits would be doing my presentation on my dream career. When I was in class I made sure that I used my time wisely so I could get all the information I needed. I also practised on what I would be saying for my presentation because I did a speech. Another example would be the collage we did on our personal page because I was away in Vegas for track but I made sure what I was supposed to do before I left and made sure I got it finished. In class I always get my work done to the best of my abilities and don't waste time,  and I use my time wisely. This is why I deserve a (G) for my work habits.

For quality of communication skills I have grown a lot. I am not really a technology person but since we are using technology in this class I have learned so many useful ways to do assignments, projects, and presentations. I really enjoy using blogger and wikispaces and I think it's very useful. With my communication the assignment that showed my communication skills is the presentation of my dream career as I used in my work habits component above. I did this assignment as a speech because I really enjoy doing speeches and I don't mind speaking in front of the class. With all the assignments that I have done in this class I made sure that I have done them to the best of my ability. Others in the class are able to view all my blog posts and my personal page on wikispaces. Always when I am writing something I care very much about what I write and make sure it's to the best of my ability for example my blog post on career cruising because I put a lot of effort into what I was writing and made sure it was completed to the best of my ability. For all of the assignments I made sure that I met the criteria and made sure that all of my assignments were done on time. Another example would be my blog post of my Golden Future. The grade that I deserve for this component of the assessment would be an A and I think around 90 percent would be appropriate because I always make sure I do the assignments to the best of my ability and make sure that I have met the criteria.

For contributions to the learning environment I think I deserve an A and I think around 90 percent as well would be about right. I think I deserve this grade because in this class I have already learned so much already like about universities and jobs. After we do assignments I always make sure to comment on other classmates assignments to give them positive feedback and to help them learn. As well as when other people comment on my assignments I always make sure to respond back to them. If there is a comment that suggests something that needs to be changed I will fix my assignment and re-edit it. When we are in groups in class talking about a certain topic I will always try to contribute to the group and tell them what my opinion is. For example when we talked in groups about the guy Chris and the employability skills he lacked and possessed I gave my opinion of what I thought to the group and made sure everyone got a chance to talk. If there is anyone in the class who needs help I will make sure that I can help them in any way I can. I always listen to my peers when they are talking and make sure that I respond respectfully. I always complete my assignments on time so that my peers can read and learn from it for example my project with Michele on UBC on prezi in the class wikispaces website under education and careers. In class I always have a positive attitude and a good mind set every time I come to class. That's why I think I deserve my grade for component 3 of our assessment.

For student learning I think I deserve an A and around 90 for percent as well as the other components because already in this class I have learned so much that will help me in my future. So far I have learned about many universities and certain requirments to get in like when the class did their presentations on the university of their choice. Examples of the things I have learned so far in planning is about jobs that are available to you and are an option for you in your future an example of this was my blog post on career cruising doing that blog post helped me learn a lot more about the job I want to have when I am older, being a personal trainer and also the certain requirements. Also having the presentation on driving and learning about getting your license and when you should start thinking about it.  Also the gambling presentation and being aware of it was really interesting and useful for our future. I really liked the presentation on being a fire fighter and really enjoyed it, it made me think about being a fire fighter for a career in my future.  Engagement in activities look like to me is when we have presentations people should pay attention and when we are asked to discuss certain topics everyone is contributing to the conversation. Also with assignments and tasks, make sure you use your time wisely and make sure it's finished on time. Also that people aren't talking and paying attention to the person who is speaking. I think with all the assignments in class I was engaged but I think I was most engaged when we had speakers come to the class and when the class did presentations. What I was really eager to learn was about careers and opportunities in the future. I have learned so much also about my self for example when we did the personalitlty quizzes and I did a blog post on that and as well as employability skills. From taking these quizzes I have learned a lot about how I learn and what's the best way I learn and the employability skills that I have for getting hired for a job. I was very eager to learn about all this stuff on careers and jobs because it's very important and it interests me. I like learning through presentations, I really enjoyed it when we had speakers come to the class and talk about certain topics. I like learning through people speaking the best. I have retained so much information  that allows me to walk away from this class and apply it. For example requirements for universities and the job that I want when I am older. For example doing the presentation on my dream career I know that I want to be a personal trainer and go to UNLV (University  of Nevada Las Vegas) on a track scholarship. Also important skills to get hired for a job by watching the movie The Persude Of Happyness and and taking the quiz on employability skills. I think my skill set has definitely changed in relation to class materials by using technology and being more comfortable with it. I have learned so many different skills of technology like using wikispaces. This is why I deserve my grade for component 4.

For my overall grade in this class I think the appropriate grade and percentage would be an A and around  90 percent due to the 4 components in our portfolio assessment.

Part:2
I thought taking this test was very interesting and I learned a lot from taking this quiz. My results for taking this quiz where pretty much what I wrote down it just went into more specifics. There weren't really any surprises, it was pretty much what I was expecting. My strengths from taking this quiz was communicating and being able to speak, listen, and write to others. Being able to present information in a certain way so people  will pay attention and understand. Working with others, I have always liked working with others, make sure everyone has a say, and being able to communicate with eacother. Being able to plan a task or project and adapt to changing requirements and information. Another strength was demonstrating positive attitudes and behaviours, being able to be confident, deal with people, problems and situations with honesty, take care of my personal health, show interest, recognize my own and peoples good efforts. The last strength is being able to be adaptable because things can change quickly and certain times so being adaptable for a job is definetly important. My weaknesses are using numbers, I'm good with numbers but not the best. Numbers are challenging to me but if I work hard I can understand but it's one of my bigger weaknesses. Learning continuously because I do want to learn continuously but with time and everything it's just really hard to find the time to learn more information. One of my other weaknesses is being able to use the right tools for certain tasks and projects because sometimes I am unsure what's the best tool to use. Areas to improve for me is being able to work through numbers and scientific dimensions of a problem. Also using science and math more. I also definetly want to be more better with technology that is definetly one of the ones I want to improve more at.

Based off of my employability skills I would be the perfect person to hire for a job because I am adaptable when certain things change or situations happen, being able to communicate in a proper manner, working with others and making sure we work as a team, positive attitude, no finance problems, determination, personal health, and being able to see something through and not quitting when it starts getting hard. These are the employability skills why I think I would be the perfect person to hire for a job.

Interim Post

So far in planning 10 I have really enjoyed it. For this class my self regulation has been pretty good. When I am in class I will always listen to the person who is speaking and the teacher. I show up to class everyday and I have never been late. I just missed a few days at the beginning of February but they were excused because I was gone away for track.  I always complete my work on time and to the best of my ability. I always come to class prepared with everything that I need. I always bring my binder and my pencils/pens. When in class I use my phone effectively and responsibly, the only time I ever use my phone in this class is when I am making a blog post for the assignment we are doing, I am never goofing around on my phone, I just use it for school purposes. When I am in class I choose where I sit carefully and wisely. The people who I sit beside are my friends but I do my work and they don't distract me. When in class when we talk with our peers we stay on task talking about the subject we are supposed to be talking about. When doing work in class I am always focused on the task and getting it finished to the best of my ability. In this class I also comment on others work to help them and give them good feedback following the guidelines on our class wikispaces page. I also accept the feedback is given and comment back. If others need help I will try to assist them and help them in any way I can. I have a positive outllook on the class and accept the challenges that are given. My strengths in this class I think are doing the blog posts and my weaknesses are the technology, I am not really a techy person so that's what I need to work on more. Overall in this class so far my self regulation is pretty good, I think I would deserve a (G) for this class so far.

Career Cruising

My short term and long term goals is to be able to finish high school and have a good track career. For the long term I definetly want to go to university or college to pursue my track career hopefully UNLV (University Of Nevada Las Vegas) and go on a full ride track scholarship and I want to be able to do something with fitness or sports for my job. The education that is required to be a personal trainer isn't that strict. Most people though enter the profession with at least a high school diploma or a degree in kinesiology, physical education, or a related fitness field.  Employers will often offer up a 1 month of training for new employees. There is also specialized certification available for personal trainers. You just need to be certified to call yourself a personal trainer. There are a number of programs you can take to get your certification but one of them is Can-Fit-Pro which is a Canadian organization. For this program you need to have CPR training and to pass he written and practical exams. You must be 18-19 years or older.  Also you should have at least 20 supervized hours of work experience. The requirments can vary for different organizations. There is also a course you can take in New Westminster BC called hilltop academy and it's about a 6 month course that costs $5,800.00, I think this one would be the most ideal for me because it's fairly close and I've done quite a bit of research on it from our previous project our dream career. To be a certified trainer at hilltop academy you don't need a university degree but some people want to get a kinesiology degree to take it a step up. This would definetly fit my style and preference because I'm already familiar with the program.

The courses that I will take during grade 11 and 12 that will prepare me for my education and training are english  mathematics, biology, social studies, buissness and management, health and physical education, and food and nutrition. This is both for grade 11 and 12. For next year in grade 11 I put down to be a pe assistant, biology, and food/nutrition which is a few of the requirments. The things that would help me achieve my goals is in grade 11 I want to be a pe assistant which is good experience to have especially with personal training because you have to teach, show, and be able to communicate with you clients. Other options would be to volunteer at the YMCA, also you can give free personal training sessions so you feel confident in yourself and ready to take the next step. These would definetly help me achieve my goals.

For personal training there actually isn't that many requirments you just basically after to be 19 years or older and in some other courses 18 to be able to get your certification to be a personal trainer. It also doesn't take that long either. To achieve my goals I don't rally have to worry about to much because I have so much support from my family, and I love fitness and I am a athlete my self which is very important to being a personal trainer because you need to be able to understand sports, and now how to show excersise and actually be able to do them. Also I know what you need to eat to be healthy because we have a nutritionist for track so I already have a good understanding of how much water, protein, carbohydrates you need to consume on a day to day basis based on your weight and gender. With the support I have, my fitness, and my knowledge of health there isn't to much to do to achieve my goals of being a personal trainer.

To achieve this career of being a personal trainer there isn't really any potential challenges that I may face because the requirments aren't that strict and you basically just need to be older then 19 and that's it. I have so much support from my family, and I'm fit and know quite a bit about health there really isn't really any challenges that I may face the only thing would be is getting hired and where I want to work but personal training is so high in demand right know it's not that hard to get hired. To get hired I will do a lot of research on certain locations and make sure that I put my best foot forward. Also I know people at gyms and who are in the fitness industry so I could get advice through them and have connections through them. The timeline that I would give myself to get my personal training certification is around a year. I would get my personal training certification after I go to university for track because there is no university degree required to be a personal trainer. Personal trainers normally get payed from 25-100$ an hour. Reputations is everything for a personal trainer and their buissness, if you have a good reputation and many years of experience you can charge the highest rates.

The way that I will monitor my success as I work to achieve my goals over the years that I am finished high school and university is how my fitness improves, the knowledge of health and what foods to eat, knowing many different excersises, and number of clients. I would monitor these things from 2-3 years once I get hired and finished getting certified. To be a personal trainer after going to university for track is the goal that I have set for myself because I have always wanted to be a personal trainer and work in the fitness and health industry. I love being active and living a healthy life style, it's something I have a true passion for that's why I wan to do personal training. On all of my quizzes we did previously they all suggested social at the top and being a personal trainer is definetly social because you need to interact with the clients and be able to assess them and show them the workouts. You also must be in excellent shape because it's a demanding daily routine. Normally personal trainers train 7 clients a day.I work out daily, eat healthy, and stay in shape so I think this career would be perfect for me. I would love to be a personal trainer, I think this career will be in my future.

My Dream Career

My dream career would be able to own my own fitness company and gym in Vancouver or possibly internationally. I would also like to be a personal trainer at my gym. For this job the salary expectations are endless because you are owning your company and it depends on how successful it will be. It's not just all about the money for me, I love fitness and health and helping people reach there goals and there full potential.

Being a personal trainer is highly in demand due to obesity rates that are getting worse, also that people will always have a need for fitness, it will never go out of style. Personal trainers is one of the fastest growing careers in the health and fitness industry today. The demand continues to grow rapidly each and every day. From celebrities to senior citizens, personal trainers help you how to excersise properly, have a healthy life, and reach your fitness goals.

To become a personal trainers there is no need for a university degree.  All you need is to be 19 years or older to take the course. You can take the course in New Westminster BC and it costs about $5,800.00 and no grade 12 required.  But since I want to pursue my track career and know how to run my own business properly, I want to go to UNLV (University Of Nevada Las Vegas) on a full ride ride scholarship for track.

If I get a track scholarship I won't need to worry about the cost of getting my business degree but for non Nevada residents, tuition costs about $31,695.00 per year and $125,000.00 for an entire degree. The requirements to get a bachelor calmers degree is you need pre-calculus 12, average of 84 percent is required, 70 percent in English 11 and 12, graduation from high school with a minimum of 70 percent, and 2 other approved grade 12 courses.

It is really easy to get hired as a personal trainer due to how highly in demand it is, but since I will own my own buissness I don't need to worry about getting hired. Owning your own buissness is definetly not easy at first, but it's all worth it in the end.  The attributes and skills that I have for these jobs is I'm a people person, understandable, hard working, determined, I've got grit, I'm kind, and caring which is very important if you're a personal trainer and owning your own buissness.

I think that this career is definetly a possibility because with my track and the support that I have from my family. Like my track coach always says " education is the key to success, sports opens doors and opportunities".

Personality Quizzes

I really enjoyed taking these four tests, I thought they were really interesting and very accurate. I was actually really surprised how accurate all the tests were. They all described me really well and gave very accurate results for careers, what they suggested is actually what I have been thinking of doing.

The results from the Holland's test were very accurate and I was quite surprised by that. The Holland's personality test gave me the acronym ISA which stands for investigative, social and artistic. What I was thinking of doing when I'm older either was go into criminology or be a counsellor and help people with their problems. I was a shocked how accurate this test was.

The learning styles quiz it have me the results visual:7, aural:11, read/write:9, and kinesthetic:7. I thought these results were pretty spot on. I would describe myself as being a person who is a more aural and reading/writing person. I was very shocked with how accurate this quiz was. I would also say I am more of a visual learner to but more aural and reading. I thought this quiz was very good and helpful for the way that I learn.

The work values quiz I was 95 percent directive, 88 percent social, 85 percent methodical, and 60 percent innovative . These results were pretty accurate as well. I found this quiz very helpful for deciding what career path I should take.  I am really surprised with this quiz as well how accurate it was.

The career's quiz it said the highest one for me is social which I completely agree with. The lowest one was investigative which I was really surprised by because when I'm older I want to either do something social or investigative so I thought this quiz wasn't quite as accurate as the other's.

Overall I thought these tests and quizzes were pretty accurate and helpful and I enjoyed taking all of them. There was just one quiz that I thought wasn't as accurate as the others which was the careers quiz, it was still accurate somewhat accurate but it wasn't accurate in most. I was really surprised by how accurate most of the quizzes were, some of the quizzes were spot on about what area of career I want to work in, learning styles, and work values. Insights that were accurate for me was that how I am a more aural and reading/writing learner. Also how I want to either do something investigative or social when I'm older. My results steer me to something directive, social, and in the Hollands test investigative. Overall though in most of the quizzes it suggested social. Things that showed up a lot were definetly social and investigative they were the main ones in most of the quizzes thay it suggested. In the first quiz it said investigative but didn't show up in the others. These quizzes were really interesting to take, I thought they were very helpful and mostly accurate, I'm glad we took these quizzes.

My Golden Future

After high school I have a pretty good I idea what I want to do. After high school I want to get a track scholarship to a University in the states to either University of Hawaii, Western Washington University in Seattle, or UCLA. I also want to try to go to the Olympics. I love track, in my future there will definetly be track or something involving fitness.I want to go to University also to get a criminology degree and work with the police and do investigations. I would also like to work with the dogs that work with the police.I am pretty sure this is what I want to do after high school .

I love track, I definetly want to do track after high school and pursue my dream to be an olympIian. I really love dogs and doing detective work so I want to work in the Police department and work with the dogs that help them when they are investigating. I also would like to have a dog walking business on the side. I love dogs and I could get a workout in while walking them.  I might also want to have my own fitness company and be a personal trainer. I really love fitness and I am obsessed with my health and keeping active so I would be able to have a job that I really love which is the most important thing, you don't want a job that you won't like you should look forward to your job. I probably will definetly do one of these things in my future, I have ideas of what I want to do but I haven't really narrowed it down to one thing, but I know for sure that after high school I want to get a track scholarship to the states and get a criminology degree.
